Operating Principles

Infi-NET keeps the same field crew on a property from first trench to final test. Quality does not survive being handed between rotating subcontractors — so it never is.

Documentation is the deliverable

A deployment is not done when the light passes. It is done when the OTDR traces, certified test results, and as-built documentation are in the operator's hands.

Occupied buildings are the real test

Anyone can build in an empty shell. Deploying through an occupied property — with residents living on the other side of the wall — is where process, communication, and crew discipline actually get proven.

Standards are not marketing

ITU-T fiber specs, TIA-568 cabling, NFPA 70 Article 800, a ≤0.1 dB splice budget. These are pass/fail commitments verified by instruments, not adjectives.
