INFI-NET LLC / CAPABILITY MATRIX

Services

Six disciplines, one contractor, one documentation standard. Each capability is indexed by the TIA-598 strand color it would occupy in the tube — and held to the standard printed beside it.

Fiber Deployment

Outside plant construction from the street to the building: underground distribution, conduit runs, vault and handhole placement, and building entry. Infi-NET deploys bend-insensitive G.657-A2 fiber where routing demands it and G.652D on backbone runs, in both new construction and occupied brownfield properties.

  • Underground OSP construction and directional routing
  • Backbone and distribution fiber placement
  • Vault, handhole, and pedestal installation
  • Building entry and riser pathway construction
  • Greenfield and occupied-property (brownfield) builds

Fiber Splicing

Fusion splicing held to a ≤0.1 dB per-splice loss budget and verified by OTDR trace — not assumed. Enclosure installation in vaults, LCPs, and IDFs, with every splice documented in the test package delivered at closeout.

  • Fusion splicing, ribbon and single-fiber
  • OTDR trace verification on every splice
  • Splice enclosure and tray installation
  • LCP and fiber distribution terminal splicing
  • IDF/MDF termination and light-level documentation

Structured Cabling

Horizontal and backbone copper systems installed and certified to TIA-568-C.2. Clean pathway work, labeled terminations on both ends, and a certified test report for every drop — delivered, not promised.

  • Cat5e / Cat6 / Cat6A horizontal cabling
  • Copper backbone and riser systems
  • Patch panel termination and labeling
  • Certification testing with delivered results
  • Pathway, ladder rack, and cable management

Network Infrastructure

The physical layer between the service provider and the resident: MDF and IDF buildout, rack and cabinet installation, cross-connects, and commissioning of active equipment in coordination with the ISP.

  • MDF / IDF room buildout
  • Rack, cabinet, and ladder installation
  • Patch panel and cross-connect termination
  • Active equipment mounting and commissioning
  • ISP coordination and handoff

Testing & Certification

Every deployment closes with instrument-verified proof, not assurances. Fiber links are characterized by OTDR trace, copper is certified to TIA-568-C.2, and the complete test package and as-built documentation are handed to the operator and the ISP at closeout.

  • OTDR trace verification on every fiber link
  • Certified copper testing to TIA-568-C.2
  • End-to-end light-level and continuity checks
  • As-built documentation and test-result packages
  • ISP handoff documentation package

MDU / Multifamily

Full-lifecycle fiber builds for multifamily communities from 100 to 500+ units — outside plant through in-unit termination. Brownfield deployments in occupied buildings are a core competency, not an exception: resident coordination, scheduled access, and consistent crews from first trench to final test.

  • Full-lifecycle builds: OSP to in-unit termination
  • Occupied-building (brownfield) deployments
  • Resident coordination through property management
  • Building-by-building phased commissioning
  • ISP handoff packages and as-built documentation
